The Art of Becoming Yourself
We spend so much of our lives performing a version of ourselves that seems to have been designed by world rule committee — shaped by expectation, fear, and the quiet desperation to belong. But what if belonging to yourself was always the point?
When I began this journey I was in search of a discovery. I didn’t know who I was, were I fit in, or what I was even looking for. Truth? Peace? Permission? What I know to be true, is that even the questions in life don’t come so simply, let alone the answers. But there is something wonderful about that. The ability to walk anyway, down a path that you do not know the destination of. In search of knowledge. Peace can be seldom and quaint or it can create itchy feet. Permission… for who, or what exactly? I felt as though I was trying to solve an enigma of sorts. An enigma that was just as simple as it was complex to solve, but I knew that there was something special about life and that was enough.
The first thing I had to do was meet myself where I was at that point in time. And where I was, happened to be a dark place. That was hard to admit. I had to face the truth. While I was happy in some respects and so grateful for some wonderful parts of my life, the rest felt messy and painful. I knew deep down that something had to change. For a time there was pure numbness, the kind of numbness that saturated meaning into hopelessness. And yet, peering through that hopelessness was a pair of eyes that found beauty, donated empathy and dedicated endlessly. I didn’t understand it. In other words I became a pleaser. I had so many feelings deep down, so much love to give - but it was buried somewhere far beneath the surface, the me did surface didn’t align with the real me at all. When I gave I did so out of fear and guilt, not out of the love i knew I had somewhere.
I had very little evidence of positive change at that time, and of course like anyone else would - I complained, felt exhausted and switched off to my sensitivity in a feeble attempt to survive. But then something beautiful happened, i realised it didn't fucking matter.
All this pressure i was creating for myself was written on someone else's whiteboard, ready for me to wipe out and create my own rules. I realised that i had been missing the point the entire time, which is no surprise because i have often been lost in thought. Little did i know, the real superpower was just letting myself be. I opened the box of carefully built rules and let myself spill out of it - And when i did that, i realised that being me not only gave me everything i needed, but it helped the people around me.
Being generous does not equal self destruction, but being authentic gives rise to something you may have denied the world, had you kept the box closed.

Viaelism: Why the Journey Is the Destination
Every philosophy worth its salt has grappled with the question of purpose. Vialism offers a different answer — not a destination to reach, but a way of moving through the world that makes every step feel like arrival.
Life is a journey of steps both taken and paused. Move forward, but rest when needed; question the world, but never lose sight of your own values. Build what you can, allow the rest to form around you, and carry your essence through every change. Love fully, grieve as needed, feel the pulse of life in body and heart. Watch the cycles of attraction, reaction, and creation that flow through everything, and let understanding guide your hands to open doors that curiosity alone cannot. Connect with nature, embrace innovation, and weave all you learn into your path. The world shifts, people change, and your journey is yours alone — yet every step is part of a greater tapestry. Walk it with courage, gentle and awake.
Viaelism is a philosophy of gentle courage, guiding individuals to navigate life’s journey with an open heart and mind. It encourages embracing the ebb and flow of existence—moving forward while allowing space for rest, reflection, and recalibration. Rooted in self-awareness and personal values, it invites you to build meaning step by step, trusting that the world will respond in kind. It honors the full spectrum of human experience—joy, sorrow, love, and loss—recognizing that each emotion enriches the tapestry of life. By observing the cycles of attraction, reaction, and creation, Viaelism offers a lens through which to understand and engage with the world. It emphasizes the importance of applying knowledge, for action rooted in understanding opens doors to new possibilities. Connect with nature, embrace innovation, and remember: change is inevitable, but your path is uniquely yours to tread.
In the quiet moments between breaths, in the spaces between thoughts, Viaelism whispers: you are enough. Your journey is unfolding as it should. With each step, you weave your own path, not in isolation, but as part of the greater whole. Embrace the journey, trust the process, and know that you are exactly where you need to be.

Food, Fads and Frittering
In a culture that rewards busyness and glorifies hustle, choosing serenity is not passive. It is one of the most defiant things a person can do. For some people you can find both in just cooking. I truly believe that knowing how to cook means you are never lost. Creating something that feeds your soul, creates a home inside you, that allows you to feed on fuel that is meant for the soul. Real food, equals pleasure and enjoyment. Two things that detonate out of existence when a new diet is followed, when a new fitness regime is implemented like a prison sentence - but what is the real spark? that genuine motivation for even becoming fit and healthy? did you consider why you want to move, look and feel better?
What will your 'new summer body' give you that makes you need to work for it? If the answer stems from societal pressure and Instagram you are doing it all wrong. Sorry. Not that there is anything wrong with posting photos and being proud, go for it and if you have it flaunt it. But think about this in the meantime - do you want to dance? do you want to feel? do you want to eat? do you want to experience? if these are your motivations, you are probably already as healthy as a person can be.

Perfection
There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from trying to be someone else's version of you. I know it well.
Perfection is the shadow we chase.
In its pursuit, we twist, we turn, we break.
But when the vision softens, we see a truth:
Art is never finished.
When we let the bird take flight,
And release the need for perfection,
We realise it was never a goal —
Only a box, with a journey too small for our wings.

The World
Many people wonder how some have such high intelligence while others struggle in the face of much quieter questions. How some of us simply don’t question or consider anything at all. Some live, while others think. What is rarely considered, is the undeniable truth that the one, with what is deemed as the highest intelligence walks around with the crushing weight of reality. With curse words caught in the back of their throat ready to shoot at themselves. The incorrigible feeling of desperation and wonder that their intelligence may be a lie. Truly astonishing beings might question the very strings of their intelligence that others marvel over. They may fear most that they have been an imposter all along, since intelligence came so easily to them. They may just feel lucky. In the same presence comes the ideals of loneliness. Whom to share this knowledge with? If you are the only one awoken early enough to see the blinding grace of a sunset burning the horizons, did it ever exist? Could you really keep it tucked away in your secret heart, to peek at when you’re brazen with sadness? True connection however can lead to very intelligent feelings. When we can share the world with others, we don’t seem to mind how big their brain is. We forget about our own intelligence in the presence of good and real company. Resonant memories.
After all - In a rising sea, all ships rise with it; from gargantuan galleys to quaint little fishing boats. Without our noticing, this happens all day long. Every day. If the scientist didn’t work so hard crafting his intelligence for the benefit of his fellow human, what ever did he do it for? If the construction worker didn’t build roads for others to travel down, why did he choose the tar and gravel over something easier? If the jeweler didn’t expect a smiling face on the end of their gently guilted gift, why did they sell it in the first place? The irony of the human race, while we pondered and felt as though we are destined to ruin the planet, pointing blame-pregnant fingers at ourselves. We did not realise it was in our nature to raise the sea. We quietly help each other without knowing, while telling ourselves it was our path to individually and selfishly choose. So the question is not to ask whom is the most intelligent, but to submit to our world’s ever vast and incomprehensible gaze of wisdom. The world we were made from, that we were meant to survive in. The world that gave us a chest heavy with burden and sorrow. The world that gave us a heart crippled with desire. We are one of many, circling and hunting for our true purpose in a sea of a million dreams. We ask ourselves to find the meaning to our true purpose, demanding an answer from the world - without realising we just needed to accept our place in it and sail.

The Royal Vibration
The Royal Vibration is my current project, a book about my own personal philosophy - Which dives into art of creating a life that not only fits your soul, but a life that becomes your serenity and playground simultaneously, connecting to other philosophies from around the world and incorporating a pattern in history. It is an unconventional journey of what it means to embrace self acceptance and viaelism - embracing the journey and opening the box you have tried to fit inside all your life.
A royal vibration is any presence That carries identity,
That builds its visibility,
That lives unapologetically.
Anything that can be perceived holds form, boundary, and essence.
And wherever essence exists, dignity is required.
To perceive something as a royal vibration is to stand before its sovereignty.
However, by dignity I do not mean just plain manners and silverware, no. Your sovereignty, or your crown, as it happens - can be anything - no matter how undignified!
It can be any material object as long as it holds true meaning and richness, or adds value to your life.
It can be the action you take. It can be you - and all of the things that you hold dearly, respect and carry with you as part of your soul are a part of *your* royal vibration. Anything can have a royal vibration, you just need to figure out how to build yours.
You can live as chaotically as you wish to. Think about it as building a world in Minecraft, you are placing your mise en scene to create a playground that serves every essence of your self. In real life, how often do we play in someone else’s world, with someone else’s rules? And how has that worked out so far. You are a free person, with free will, who can build your own world at any time. You can choose to play in your world, you can be authentically yourself. You will be surprised how many doors open when you open the box you have been trying to fit into your whole life.
The best part is, you do not have to place any of your happiness in any particular material thing, you can have as many material things as you want as long choose to vibrate through them. What makes something have a royal vibration simply exists because of you. Many people are familiar with one person or many people in their lives, whose identity is placed in specific objects, the way they dress, scents they use or essence that shines out of them. And these particular components become imprints of that person, even if the person isn’t there. Maybe you have a grandmother that loves potpourri and Dresden, and so being around these things will always feel like you are traveling back to her home filled with the memory of how she made you feel. Maybe you hold memories from when you were little of specific people whose relation to you centres around these things. When I think of memories with my dad when I was little, I am still taken back to the smell of smints and cologne in the car, along with the faint smell of coffee coming from a normal mug of coffee that would sit in the cup well at the perfect temperature for drinking. The smell of the car seats and the freshener. I also remember the smell of his shampoo (head and shoulders, apple scented) after he got out of the shower in the morning. All of these things will always remind me of him even when we are not near each other. But, that doesn’t mean to say that without them he wouldn’t be my dad, these accoutrements to his life are simply his vibration. The smell of certain perfumes, nail polishes and makeup remind me of my dear mother getting ready to go out singing and dancing. I think of her whenever I see turquoise and opal, because she always wears jewellery containing them. These materials are warm and rich because they carry with them a royal vibration that is set in stone.
I think of it as a movie set, and these royal vibrations are the mise en scene to your story. A movie would be nothing without the rich development of the characters, their clothes, their habits and even the small unnoticed yet intentionally placed objects on the scene. So this isn’t about status, happiness through material objects or even comparing yourself to a royal, and it is not about heightening your ego or seeking praise. It is about adding richness and meaning into your life through perceivable things. It is the art of telling your story in a way that feels true, regardless of the means available.
Even my cat has a royal vibration with certain standards and behaviours he keeps, he knows nothing of royalty but he certainly feels royal enough with the habits he demonstrates. He often wanders up to the sofa with an intention to sit by us and we automatically place a cushion there for him to lay on. As soon as we do he comes to join us without hesitation. If we don’t place a cushion for him, he just walks off. He knows what he is willing to accept and he teaches us without words, without volume, what he requires and what his boundaries are. This is the exact language our entire universe understands.
